NO, balance-billing typically refers to the practice of billing a patient for the difference between the healthcare provider's charge and the amount covered by the patient's insurance plan. At GO FLOSS, we are committed to affordable care, and will not collect the difference of fees for patients that are covered through the Canadian Dental Care Plan. If there is a co-payment associated with the insurance plan, it will be collected at the time of services.
